Wholesale Agreement
GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT
To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you certify that you are a retail business with the intent to resale the products you purchase from us to consumers.
ORDER REQUIREMENTS
We ask that you spend a minimum of $70.00 on each order placed. Minimum order quantities per product may exist. Upon placing your order, these minimums will be communicated via our online wholesale store or over the phone.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept a variety of payment options at the checkout.
We only accept pre-payment orders at this time and are not currently able to offer net payments. No orders will be processed until full payment is received. Orders can be canceled any time prior to shipment.
We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time unless prior invoiced.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
The retailer incurs the shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may differ based on the carrier and products selected.
Orders where the requested products are entirely in stock, are typically shipped out within 1-3 business days. If we expect any delays or back-ordered merchandise, our website will reflect it.
If you place an order with a large number of units, we may contact you before shipping to communicate any possible shipment delays.
DAMAGED GOODS, DEFECTS & WARRANTIES
If your shipment is damaged in transit, you agree to contact Finn Fly Fishing within seven days of delivery. We may request the goods be shipped back to us and send replacements or credit your account, depending on the situation.
For defective items that the dealer's customers return, we offer a standard 30-day warranty to replace any defective item.
The dealer can replace the customer's item and then contact us by phone or email about the issue.
We may ask for the item to be shipped back to us, or you send us a photo of the defect. If the issue is covered under warranty, we will credit the dealer's account for the amount the dealer paid for the item.
PRICING POLICY
We want to keep pricing consistent so that dealers can maintain healthy margins.
Our products should generally be sold to consumers at the MSRP price. We do allow our products to be sold at a discounted price occasionally. Without written consent, the discounted items can't be sold at less than 20% of the MSRP. Discount offers cannot run for more than 45 days and no more than two times a year per product.
All other pricing and discounts will require written consent from Finn Fly Fishing.
PLATFORM POLICY
We allow dealers to sell our products online through their e-commerce websites. However, we do not allow our products to be sold by dealers through marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Facebook.
COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We want to make it easy for dealers to sell our products. We are happy to provide product images and media to our dealers for their marketing and website when requested.
However, we reserve the right to deny using our materials at any time and maintain the right to have our media removed where we deem appropriate. Using any of our designs, products, photography, and video in a disparaging way is prohibited.
All of the designs, products, content, media, and materials produced by Finn Fly Fishing remain the sole property of Finn Fly Fishing. Finn Fly Fishing's website, designs, products, images, and content are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information you provide to us, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address, will be treated confidentially and will not be sold or rented to any entities outside of Finn Fly Fishing.
